build 13 spigot 1.10.2 friendly mobs disappearing in PS field #1004

Getting a few unusual reports of friendly mobs, chickens, villagers etc despawning within the ps field. Those outside seem fine. I've not had a chance to test yet, but those reporting are fairly reliable.

had another player report these disappearing before there eyes? (we have changed clear lagg settings etc, and doesn't occur outside ps field?)
