ps take #1018

i want to disable /ps take from users so that they can only buy them from the admin shop as I have it set now, but not allow them to move them, as if they attempt to break or take the ps will disappear and they WILL have to buy another. this allows me to drain money out of the eco. how do I do this, is there a permission or flag to not allow /ps take
