Let me explain: If a player shot another player in a field(protection block) with a bow that have flame, player will get fired and takes damage. So, player don't take damage from arrow, just the flame is applied to him and I don't understand why. I have necessary flags and stil no..

It also happend with protect mobs flag. Players can kill others players animals with flame.
