Per world plugin support #1070

Please make it fully support per world plugin its such a helpful plugin

also 1.12 full support? getting a few errors with 1.12

The plugin has per world support, we use it with multiverse. We used to use PWP, but found it massively inferior (and buggy) when compared to PS functionality! :)

With essentials or worldguard it is possible to blacklist certain block placements in certain worlds?

An additional groups.yml for the world you dont want players using pstones in that lacks preciousstones.benefit. or has - -preciousstones. perm?

There a a few per world command pluggins that could also stop players accessing pstone shop menus, auctions, inventories like /pv 1 to prevent import and use of pstones in restricted worlds?
