How to place a Fields in a WG region without worldguard-repellent flag ? #1075

I have re-read your question many times. I cannot understand what you are asking. If a field does not have a worldguard-repellent flag, it can be placed inside WorldGuard regions, unless the region does not allow build/place, or you have not set passthrough: allow for that region...

Otherwise I have no idea what you are asking.
