"You cannot place field near players" #1079

How can I stop this? So players can place field near other players? I can't find that option.. preciousstones.admin.allowed is not good, because players can put field in another players field.. I need this because, I have a bug on server, and, if a player try to put a field near another player, it get the message on chat "You cannot place field near players" and his field block is disappearing.

UPDATE: found it, flag "no-player-flag" was the problem, but as I said, when a player try to put a field, but this is blocked because a field already exist near, his field block dissappear from inventory..

I'm using Spigot 1.12, latest build and as well, you latest build from jekins.

SOLVED: Problem from plugin Confiscate.
