Issue with pvp + features you can add #1114

I had notice that even if there is no pvp in region players can damage each other with snowball and egg and ender pearl.

Also may be you should think about improving the flags. For exmaple put flags into the gui so players would more easy understand the list of warps as for the moment it's crap

Also add so when playing a region it will create home for them :)

looks like it's not this plugins fault.
