Update to support 1.13 and WorldGuard 7 #1132

You would want to merge this into a 1.13 branch of course.

Not fully tested, and users may need to update their configs. Material ids are no longer supported in any configs, though the database still uses them for now. I didn't want to tackle a full database migration, though it should probably happen sooner rather than later, lest it breaks in some irreversible way in the future.

How can I download the 1.13 version ? i use this plugin for years now and i was soo disapointed wen it wasant working Thx :)

I think you'll have to wait for the jenkins server to come back up. It was up yesterday, so I don't know what happened there. Maybe power outage. I'm out of town for the next couple weeks so if it doesn't come back up on its own then it may be a while.

thanks !! np it did come back , I have a quick question tho I downloaded the 1.12 version of precious stones for spigot 1.12.2 and the grief revert is not working at all tried it with all the tools http://104.236.246.108:8080/job/PreciousStones/branch/1.12/27/
