Precious stones and users #925

I forgot to tell the other day that in an earlier stage of my server placing Precious Stones, it gave the notification when entering an area and leaving it. Now, when i place a stone, there is no message, only from older placed stones...

Somehow i managed to find the altered option in the config. So it works for all stones now...
