Change all VSTS execept link of current project

Has modified all files .MD and replaced VSTS or Visual Studio Team Services for Azure DevOps

@marceloavf For example This link https://github.com/marceloavf/github-tools-vsts/commits?author=marceloavf it's working, if I change with this https://github.com/marceloavf/github-tools-azure-dev-ops/commits?author=marceloavf it will stop working, no ?
