No categories in new post

When the wordmobi is run to create a new post and for this reason the
Update option would not be necessary, the categories are not related.

It would be interesting is a new post, but it was not the update option
done, when categories was selected, start download them.

Yes, it seems that categories (and, ASAP, tags) should be always updated when 
WM is
started. Better, they should be stored locally, avoiding bandwidth usage. Other 
side
effect: try to create a new comment before updating posts and you will have big 
crash.

categories are now updated every post list is update. Or, if creating a new post
without update, a default category will be available. Fixed since 0.5.0
