Change blog account list in order to be based on user names instead blog names #54

It is interesting that Blog Accounts option has the user name reference not
Blog reference.

The objective would be to have a list of all blogs per user.

For people with several blogs at wordpress.com, all these blogs will have the 
same
user, making impossible any distinction. The blog is the thing per se, not the 
user.
You think first in the blog and after in how to log on it.

I may missing something, of course. In this case, please elaborate more your 
question.
