Install sudo #8

It looks like my PR #7 broke the build :( https://hub.docker.com/r/marcelocg/phoenix/builds/bvlmhdbe9rtxyewxvrj8hcx/

sudo needs to be installed for the Node install command to work.

Sorry! The previous patch built for me locally.

Yeah, I saw it and tried to fix that with no success. Strangely though, previous versions have always worked successfully without the need for installing sudo.

Maybe that was caused by an update from the base image.
