Added a date selector to graphresourcestartup.php/graphresourcestartuplegacy.php Added an optional "from" parameter to hits.php

I added an Options section to the graphresourcestartup panel so that users can now choose whether or not they want to see items that have been hidden from students. If you're happy with this change, then I think version 4.0.2 is ready for release.
