A question about red exclamation mark in Hits distribution report #58

can you tell me please why for example the student with the red exclamation mark got a red exclamation mark and the first student (see image) for example , which seems to be more active then the other student , didn't get? I don't understand

Yellow exclamation mark means that the student did not access any material in the last week. Red exclamation mark means that the student has never accessed any material (or the course).

Thank you for answering in the red exclamation mark there are 12 resources with access- so he did access material, right? otherwise I don't undestand /Thank you

Ok. Let me correct.

There are 3 possible information:

Exclamation mark with white background - No module was accessed in the last week. So the teacher can see if it is only something that happened that week or if the student is really at any risk.
Exclamation mark with yellow background - No module was ever accessed. The student has entered the course, but never clicked in any controlled module.
A list of students that never entered the course in the bottom of the page.

you meant red not white , right?

In my image (attached) it has a white background and a red border.

Ok I understand I guess, just for clarification:

in the first row from my image (with the yellow marks) there is no Exclamation marks at all
in the 4th row (with the yellow marks too) there is only a red Exclamation mark. not yellow Exclamation mark.

your explanations are about these 2 rows? because it's not describe the issue. thank you and sorry for misunderstand you
