Shared Printer's status not available on windows #160

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. View printer status on windows

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to see Ink details, printer status. Instead i see printer not 
responding as though printer is offline

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SNAKE OS V1.2.0 (20100621),Microsoft windows xp pro sp2

Please provide any additional information below.

Bidirectional support enabled, able to print to shared printer, but not able to 
view status
