Transmission scheduling is not working. #170

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable Transmission "alternate time".
2. Set the alternate time to begin 8h30 and finish 18h00 on all days of the 
week. Set it on both Snake configuration and Transmission configuration.
3. Click on the turtle button on Transmission to activate it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is the download/upload speed changes to 50Kb/s in the 
determined period, which is 8h30 - 18h. What I see is that the download/upload 
speed continue 50kb/s after 18h and before 8h30, in other words, all day.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using SNAKE OS V1.3.2 (20101130) on a Ritmo LN-86BT (SKU 57591 on 
DealExtreme).

The time settings on NAS are correct.
