Add i18n, Chinese instructions.

Thank you for this contribution, very helpful. I'd like you to change two things:

put the Chinese content into a separate file called README-CN.md
on the README.md create a link to the former using a Chinese sentence that means something like "For Chinese instructions please see README-CN.md" or so.
