Source distribution in tar.gz archives for nix-based platforms #25

Hello, Marcel van Herk!

Can you make archives of release source distribution with conquest also in tar.gz format? It seems all of new archives now hosted on github or on original site (https://ingenium.home.xs4all.nl/dicomserver/) just only in zip.

I can helps with this, if needs.

Hi, since I build on a windows machine, all access modes are lost anyway. So the benefits of tar format is very small. Of course we can use a Dockerfile to build it. Have a look at those and make a proposal.

Can you add the requested feature to docker/prebuild please? I can the release the file
