Set up responsive navigation. Should include

[x] Banner (link to home)
[ ] Link to Login
[x] Link to About/Contact/Whatever

Going to work on Login and banner tomorrow ( Wish we knew the name we want to use. At this point it seems like we're the only ones active on that discord.

Added banner link. Have to add Login/Logout/Signup etc next
