Description

updated the code to null-safety
updated all dependencies to their latest versions
[BREAKING CHANGE] WebMapStyleExtension has been removed in the process due to being removed from the underlying package (google_maps) as well

For anyone stumbling across this pr: now there also exists a web implementation of the google_maps_flutter-package provided by the Flutter team. However, it is still in beta, i.e. version 0.x.
