refactor backend logic for calendar events

— events with notes in it shows in meetings space only.

[X] in agenda need to show all the events (for this need to build a api to get events by date)
[ ] get upcoming event api
[ ] create meeting when user adds any dec to a meeting
[ ] I don't think we need Webhook anymore
[ ] we can call google API directly for agenda
[ ] and for meeting a challage is --> when user gonna try to add dec how can I get the meeting space and and block (need to check)
