refac: notes

• [ ] use improved ui of notes as per new figma ( headers, spacing, stack and add item)
• [ ] add sub navigation last edited. note first few letters..
• [ ] add list view, use same list component without the todo icon.
• [ ] use stack menu as per design for showing list of notes, yellow dot to indicate open notes
• [ ] in expanded view, allow user to switch between notes from the top tab selection
