The team recognises that this is a potential bug. However, the user guide did mention that in the find command, any prefix that starts with an S
would be taken as a postal code. Hence, we would think of this as a feature flaw instead instead.

Reason for disagreement: Thank you for the response. I believe that the functionality of the find
command has been made clear in the UG, that users are able to find based on name or any prefix of their name. However, finding based on the Prefix of anything starting with "S" e.g. "Sa" to search for Sandra, Sally, Salvatore, etc. Is not working. Hence, it is a functionality bug in my view. A feature flaw is more appropriate if finding by any prefix starting with "S" was not an intended feature, but it is an intended feature based on the UG, and the fact that all prefix searches are supposed to be supported.
It does not work due to the search for the postal code instead.
