GCReEx v0.3 breaks a few games #8

The latest version of GCReEx (v0.3), breaks the following games:
- Soul Calibur II
- Dance Dance Revolution - Mario Mix

Those are the only two that don't work, from the 30 or so that I tested.  They 
just hang with a black screen after the DIOS MIOS logo.  The games work fine 
when switching to GCReEx v0.2b or using DiscEx images.

The tests were done using DML, I'm not sure if it happens on USB devices with 
DM.
