Rams connection not working #1

Hi @marcin-ose, I am stuck with the electrical connections. I have done all the connections with reference from this https://images.app.goo.gl/MEM815edzSLoKqSw6 . But the LCD is not powering up. However, if I touch the middle stepper driver with my tester the LCD somehow lights up and simultaneously the middle driver starts burning giving out a bad smell. Not being from a electronic background, things are a bit new for me. I am also attaching a image for your reference. Any help from your side is really appreciated. rams1

It is image for the electrical connections. I referred to videos of D3D assembly from youtube aswell. Here is the linkhttps://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLw_Kh27FJD-_mNpmer4gl5RQPNlvy8d-w. When I am connecting power supply, Rams, stepper driver, arduino uno and LCD, LCD is not powering up. To check if the LCD and the rest of the connections are alright I removed the power supply and connected the arduino with laptop using USB, the LCD powers up. Power supply is also in the perfect condition, but I am unable to workout all the connections together.

Yes. I am connected to OSE on wiki page also. I think there is a problem with my rams and stepper driver, so I will now use a new rams and stepper driver. Also, please tell me does the wire gauges also affect the connection? As the I am using a higher wire gauge on power supply's wire. Can it be the cause of burning of Rams and stepper driver?

HI @marcin-ose. I tried the connection with a new Rams and LCD started working. Earlier I was getting error message while uploading Marlin in Arduino too. But that's resolved for now. My LCD is also damaged internally so its not displaying things as it should. As soon as I update the system with a new LCD will update the progress here.

Thanks.
