[FEATURE REQUEST] add the ability to capitalise AM/PM #39

It's a very small, non-essential feature request, but being able to have am/pm denoted by 'a' and AM/PM denoted by 'A' would be nice.

you should open this request to the developer of the library if you are using luxon open it on https://github.com/moment/luxon/issues , after doing this please comment here with the link to the issue, so if and when is updated, i will update the library here
