Molecule - uses different names for local test and via GitHub Actions #58

There is some misunderstanding how molecule testing roles - locally and via GitHub Actions. For local test I need to use only role name - for GHA I need to use prefix of my username.

Expected solution:

The same way of working locally and remotely.

Last PR (mentioned on this issue) solve this. However it replace molecule with only vagrant.
