Adding a professor field to the subjects #10

Title says it all. Also updated the SQL databases properly (so databases created before we had the professor data won't be affected and user won't lose data (I hope, at least I didn't :smile:))

Also fixed the total absences bug (one line fix, no need for a different pull request)
