hi, I try to work on eicu database with sepsis and septic shock. However, it's a little hard to extract sepsis data according to sepsis3 criterion. I'd like to know if you use diagnosis information to extract sepsis or the criterion. If using sepsis3 criterion, would u kindly offer your sql code here? THX a lot!

Hi Sandy,

I used the https://physionet.org/content/challenge-2019/1.0.0/ database that already has a sepsis onset flag for the positive patients.
