The bgg-id propose endpoint should be hooked to the /propose bgg-id bot command. It will fetch data from BGG using the bgg-axios apiRequest function and do either of the following actions based on the output:
If the game was found: Post a proposal message to the group.
If the game was not found: Tell the sender that no game with this ID was found.
If something went wrong while processing the request: Send an error message to the sender.
