[Feature] Multiple templates for different media #22

Hi again! Great plugin! I am using it several days, but where I struggle a bit is that for podcasts and youtube I make a little different note (for example I can embed youtube in obsidian, for podcasts I don't need it, also I manually add youtube tag for dataview later)

Having the possibility to use the plugin with separate templates for different input types would be great!!

thank you for the feedback.

This sounds really useful. You can currently add templates as .md files. Do you think adding a setting to add multiple .md files as templates would enhance your workflow? You could for example have a YouTube.md and Podcast.md file to target different sources.

Yes, that would really useful! If you are interested in this approach you might check Zotero Desktop Plugin, how the author there solves this problem ( about different templates for literature note, there a option in settings to point to template and save this under specific name, later creating note with this template could be invoked via command palette)

Thank you for pointing me to the Zotero Plugin, will have a look at it and see if I can implement it like that.
