Precompilation Compatibility with DifferentialEquations #59

I'm enjoying this package, but unfortunately it seems to have some issues with precompilation of DifferentialEquations in the v1.9.0 Julia release. It seems to be that ApproxBayes requires versions of some packages that are incompatible with versions of SteadyStateDiffEq that DifferentialEquations depends on in v1.9.0 of Julia.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry for the slow response. I'd be happy to take a PR if you'd like to have a go at tweaking the dependencies. I probably won't have time to look at this myself any time soon.

I did have a bot called CompatHelper that would make PR's to upgrade package dependencies, it doesn't look like it made in PR for a while so I wonder if this has been superseded by something. Something like that could be an easy way to get to the correct dependencies for later version of julia.
