Logo and favicon? #22

A logo and favicon would be nice, not sure how important to the final product. I was thinking either a sideways bar chart style or something basic. Maybe some arrows from this. https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Split_and_merge_arrow_icons

made an attempt at a logo. included it in commit 761e4308096540f577dde077cfb3bf6122c3347d

Tried to incorporate a simplified favicon...realized it's too light and hard to see (16x16 is TINY!). I will fix this over the next day or so to make it more distinguishable to stand out.

Just pushed it to staging (commit d0597f343dc60e3e9542362011a58f800ec7dbe8) I like the look on the navbar, but yeah a bit light on favicon.
