Results erb page (layout and basic look and feel) #26

Same as with the other templates #25 and others #7 , don't need to hook it up to data and functions just yet. But need the look and feel and how people will interact with it.

I'm not sure on the design on this one, but I'm looking at something along the lines of http://getbootstrap.com/examples/dashboard/

Working layout is now up. I can make changes as needed.

Thanks, looks nice.

I pushed it and all of the other changes to rancor-staging but we need to create some test polls to see it come togethers. Also need to add in some graceful handling of missing data. for example https://rancor-staging.herokuapp.com/poll/1/results/ shows internal server error.

Is there anything left to be done on this? I was going to close and add new issues for any tweaks or bugs unless anyone objects. Thanks Natasha.
