Spec: display of organizer results #3

This came up in class so noting here. The spec mentions the results for the organizer that it would display all poll results for participants. So that wording needs changing/adjustment to drop that. Assuming that we do not want to show who voted when, but do want anonymized individual ballots. This should be fixed on the latest commit to that. See the diif below for the changes.
