Registration confirmation page #40

This would be a confirmation page post registration that indicates successful creation. As it currently stands(678ebb5a51cf14f78e1e45b29a9a0854040a16db) page creates an account but does not show any indicator of success/failure

Page now shows an indicator of success, and with the new dependency I added failure will be trivial to implement.

Thanks, looks good (1aa962914172c68e75d9b2a7988f5b34f9668cee). Probably needs some pretty front end to it, but it works.

Registration now automatically logs a person in. I would say that's pretty confirmed.
