Code poll invite email to map to correct server(production vs staging) #73

Just need to clean the invite and registration templates to take a URL that is tied to the base url (rancor vs rancor-staging). Mildly annoying when testing emails that the clicks are misleading.

Fixed, added an env variable in the app. see 0a2d8aa18e0fe0ee816d2ccbac1cc1f3a53b0fde c31aa1f3dd195e522af14257a0084de823f96a36 and 199fe1c3b5b887de5854436c96d44ff36385c701
