The registration display is not showing sinatra- flash messages on redirect, see also #77

The poll page is also not showing the messages.

The poll page should be covered by #77 broke the two out just for a more finite level of todo items.

Said it in 77, but I suspect this is tied to margins coming off the css being a bit short and hiding things behind the navbar. I would take a look at the layout file and see what margins and padding are ultimately hitting the pages.
