Add link to poll in home page #99

Right now there's a link to the results page, but there is no link to the poll itself.

the link to the poll is the right glyphicon in blue. is it confusing?

Sorry, I thought that was reserved for the description. I never actually clicked on it.

Looking at it again, I think the arrow is fine.
