This message arise while building the distances histograms figure in build_matrix.
It appears for matrices that are almost empty.
Strangely, this phenomenon often happen for the first ROI of almost all my experiments.
We tried to look at it with Xavier but the projections, the alignment, the mask segmentation and the bacodes localizations seem fine.
