None values in JSON-LD output #20

The output in for example https://github.com/marco-bolo/dataset-catalogue/blob/main/scripts/tests/version02/output/test_31_01_2024_VLIZplankton_dataset1.jsonld has None string values for some properties.

this occurs in version 2 testing, where we used some dummy data to represent the information that was to be included in "MARCO-BOLO_Metadata_Dataset_Record_WP*.xlsx" spreadsheets (shared via google drive) However, this information didn't need to be turned into json-ld,

Since then, we've updated the template to use the actual dataset records from IMIS and the output is now located in scripts/tests/output/WP3_jsonld and WP5_jsonld and files in those folder do not include None
