Add projects in JSON-LD #26

Some spreadsheet entries have projects as agents, these should be included in the JSON-LD, for example for use in the GOOS portal.

Could this also be an issue relating to version2 testing? Thought the spreadsheet information did not need to be turned into json-ld but rather the dataset records themselves, (that output can be found in scripts/tests/output/)

However, I can look into providing this information in the json-ld as well, could you give a more concrete example then?

In the agent tab of https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1D-YJbsiO3KOJyRUrEvUKZjpiOrhXXKcS/edit?gid=348166663#gid=348166663 there are some projects Pieter, what is the best way to identify these? MBO as a project will have a grant number, but EMBRC will not Actually....maybe we need to add RI to that column, as EMBRC is an RI (also an ERIC, but let's not get too carried away). Some RIs have IDs (EMBRC does) but not sure if all do.
