In a build.md file inside the Backend directory, please document the commands required to setup/install and run the Express application. This should be done so that someone, without any knowledge of our project, would be able to run our Express application. If any commands are OS specific then please include the other Operating Systems' version as well (ex: Windows vs Mac).
