In installation, at the end, include commands for additional requirements for orthology and lineage:
pip install pyaln
pip install ncbi_db #(to be tested!)
update mentions of utilities to include orthology, lineage
In the python files:
include orthology, lineage in help -full
add 'Optional steps for vertebrate genome' section in 'Getting started' section with instructions/examples for orthology and lineage
