[Instagram] Unfollowers bug

If a profile reaches a new million and then people start to unfollow it, the bot will post a lot of tweets. Example If something like this happens:

• 12:00 Jennie has 39.999.995 followers
• 12:05 Jennie has 40.000.005 followers
• 12:10 Jennie has 39.999.997 followers
• 12:15 Jennie has 40.000.002 followers

The bot will post 3 tweets (and 2 duplicates) in a short amount of time.

To avoid that we have two options:

• Increase time window between each refresh of data
• Update followers only if it increases
