Add expired jobs watcher to cleanup succeeded/deleted lists #57

This would allow to not limit succeeded/deleted list sizes, but still to keep the storage clean.

Is where any ETA when it could be added to production ready version?

It works, there are two other PR that needs to be merged, I’ll do my best to merge them by next Friday. Sorry, I’m late, I know
