migration from project.json to csproj (TargetFrameworks: netstandard2.0;net45)
update PackageReference (Hangfire and StackExchange.Redis last)
add samples (console and mvc)

All test is pass.

sorry, this PR has become a little old, and some of the work is already present in the master. I'd like to merge the sample commit b4678c5. If you are willing to resubmit the PR including only this commit I can merge it, otherwise I can cherry-pick that commit in the master. Thanks again for your contribution and sorry for my huge delay and any problem it could have be caused
