Support index prefixing #7

Hi Marco. I am somewhat new to using github. I wasn't sure how to handle the license information on the readme. If you decide to pull the changes, please undo my changes to license, nuspec, etc. Thanks for considering merging this code back into the main code steram.

Hi James, thanks to you for submitting. Yes I have to discard license changes, I've already got a couple of rebukes from the main author, Sergey Odinokov, so I want to stick strictly to what he advised :)

I think your new feature lacks some UnitTest, what do you think ?
