Since TK website seems not properly configured for HTTP/HTTPS, there's the need to use the Wayback Machine of the Internet Archive to let the app properly download the files. Using https://web.archive.org/web/20210221162055/http://www-personal.umich.edu/~mrother/KATA_Files/5Q_Card.pdf and related, would work. See #8 and thanks to @g-strick for the analysis.
